Buy a Cinema Treasures E-Gift Card online and have it delivered directly by email. Choose a value from $10 USD up to $100 USD and use it toward eligible purchases from our online collection.

• E-gift cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
• E-gift card purchases are non-refundable.
• E-gift cards are issued digitally and are valid exclusively for online purchases.
• The use of Cinema Treasures E-Gift Cards is subject to these Terms & Conditions, which may be amended or updated from time to time.

Delivery & Usage

• E-gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
• Cinema Treasures is not responsible for e-gift cards that cannot be delivered or received due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid email address provided by the customer.
• Please carefully verify all purchaser, recipient, and delivery information before completing your order.
• Purchases made using an e-gift card are subject to our applicable Delivery & Returns Policy.
• Any unused balance will remain available on the e-gift card and may be used toward future eligible purchases until the balance has been fully redeemed.
• If the total value of an order exceeds the available e-gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an available payment method at checkout.

Fraud Prevention & Verification

To protect our customers and maintain the security of our e-gift card service, certain transactions may be subject to additional verification before processing or delivery.

• Selected e-gift card transactions may require additional security or identity verification.
• Cinema Treasures reserves the right to review, delay, refuse, or cancel an e-gift card order where reasonably necessary for security or fraud prevention.
• Unusual, high-value, bulk, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent transactions may be held for additional review.
• Proof of identity, payment verification, or other supporting information may be requested before an order is approved.
• E-gift card delivery may be temporarily delayed while security verification is being completed.
• We reserve the right to apply reasonable limits to e-gift card quantities, purchase values, or transaction frequency per customer, account, household, or payment method.

Cancellation, Replacement & Reissuance

• Once an e-gift card has been cancelled, disabled, or deactivated following an approved request or security review, its original code may no longer be valid or capable of reactivation.
• Where a replacement is approved, the original e-gift card may be permanently disabled and a replacement card issued with a new code.
• Customers and recipients are responsible for keeping e-gift card codes private, confidential, and secure.
• Cinema Treasures is not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from an e-gift card code being shared, forwarded, disclosed, or accessed by another person.
• Proof of purchase, order confirmation, purchaser information, recipient information, or identity verification may be required before an e-gift card can be cancelled, replaced, resent, or reviewed.
• Requests for replacement, cancellation, resending, or reissuance may be declined if we are unable to verify the transaction or ownership of the e-gift card.
• Any transfer of an unused balance from a cancelled or replaced e-gift card is subject to verification, review, and approval.

Restrictions

• Cinema Treasures E-Gift Cards are intended for legitimate personal purchases and may not be used for unauthorized resale, fraudulent transactions, unlawful activities, or other prohibited commercial purposes.
• E-gift cards may not be reproduced, duplicated, altered, transferred for unauthorized resale, or otherwise misused.
• Cinema Treasures reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, or cancel an e-gift card where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized use, misuse, or unlawful activity.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, abusive, or unauthorized activity may result in cancellation of the relevant transaction, restriction of the associated account, or refusal of further service where appropriate.
